General Claims
We handle all types of disputes including debts, torts, construction, professional negligence, libel, defamation, 'passing off'.

Contractual Disputes

People generally assume that disputes only occur when there is no written contract between the parties. Indeed disputes do occur when there is no written contract between the parties. However, it is our experience also, that even the best drafted contracts cannot prevent a dispute from arising. When this happens it is important to pay attention to all the facts and circumstances as well as the terms of the contract.

We regularly deal with claims for breach of contract as well as defending such claims.
